Recently I learned how to digitize my records, turns out it’s literally as easy as plugging the headphone cord into the microphone hole. I have this old record of my dad when he was 5 years old on Santa’s lap. I probably won’t post it here, but he asked for a bike, a book, a book holder(?), “booby traps”, a cowboy hat, and a gun.
Advertisements (2023)
Usually I like to post advertisements from times of yore, but this is a special inverted case. These are from the 2023 editions of the Old Farmer's Almanac. They seem like they’re from hundreds of years ago, and even the modern products are for weird oddly specific farmer products. I buy the new almanac every year for quaint stuff like this, as well as star charts and weather predictions.
