Animal Castle, Volume Two #1 (2023)

Yeah I was at the animal castle aka the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta for one of the wildest weekends I have ever had. A magic spell prevented any of the 10,000 of us to take any pictures after things started heating up, which was probably for the best! We should not have been allowed to be doing all of the things that we were doing.

This hotel was really somethin’ else!

All the arcade games were on free play! I got to the third round in a Smash Bros. tournament and played against a different colored incineroar each time.

I had custom card sleeves made for the event.

I bought some hands while I was there too.

Personally I think we were a little bit too rowdy for the conspiracy theory panel…

Some of the friendliest people I have ever met.

Got to see a dance contest too, bucket list item.

Comic Haul week of May 2nd, 2023!

The elevator ride to the top of this restaurant made my ears pop thrice. I tried caviar for the first time, it was pretty good. Each of these bites is the price of three to four comic books, so I hit the $1 bins this week
